1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the jj888 online gaming platform operated at jj888.today ("Platform", "jj888", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("User", "Player", or "you") confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by its terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the jj888 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following your registration constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms set out herein and any amendments that may be notified to you from time to time.

Supplementary terms specific to individual promotions or game types may apply in addition to this Agreement; in the event of conflict, the supplementary terms take precedence with respect to that specific service.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain an account with jj888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jj888 applies a 21+ minimum age policy across all account types and all game categories without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or organisation) capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of a jj888 employee, contractor, or affiliated company where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion order — either self-imposed via jj888's responsible gaming tools or imposed by a third-party regulator — that prevents you from accessing online gaming platforms.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration and KYC verification process.

3 Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only on the jj888 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts — regardless of whether different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth
• Registered Pakistani mobile number (active and accessible for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Country of residence and city
• Preferred payment method for deposits and withdrawals

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jj888 requires completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of your Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport. Additional documentation, including proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name) or proof of residential address, may be requested at jj888's discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. jj888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jj888's support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Accepted Payment Methods

jj888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your jj888 PKR wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. jj888 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion or upon request from a player wishing to implement responsible gaming deposit controls.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered jj888 account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• jj888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which jj888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to your registered account identity will be held pending verification and may be returned if verification cannot be completed within the applicable timeframe.
• jj888 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method at its sole discretion, including for fraud prevention or compliance reasons, without prior notice.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jj888 PKR wallet are subject to the following conditions:

1. Verified accounts only. Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
2. Same-method policy. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method (JazzCash number, EasyPaisa number, or bank account) used for the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. If your most recent deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.
3. Minimum withdrawal amount. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Processing timeframes. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's internal processing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5. Wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawals requested prior to fulfilment of wagering requirements will have the bonus amount and associated winnings deducted before the remaining real-money balance is released.
6. Withdrawal fees. jj888 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard transactions. Expedited processing requests, where available, may attract an administrative fee disclosed at the time of the request.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jj888 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (playthrough) requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated within the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Go Rush crash games' contribution rate is specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Unexpired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit stacking. Players wishing to use a new promotion must first exhaust or forfeit any currently active bonus.
• Bonus abuse: jj888 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play.

7 Games, Wagering Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jj888 Platform operate using certified and independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes for all players. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the rules of each specific game as displayed within the game interface.

By placing a wager on the jj888 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All wagers are placed voluntarily and at your own risk. jj888 bears no responsibility for the outcome of any wager.
• The results of all games, whether slot spins, live dealer hands, sportsbook events, or crash game rounds, are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions or disconnections during a game round are governed by the game provider's malfunction policy. In the event of a verifiable technical fault affecting a game outcome, jj888's decision on the appropriate resolution is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jj888 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one jj888 account.
• Fraudulent registration: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC, including the use of another person's identity documents.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in any way, including for wagering, game play, or account management.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or poker formats.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic use of the jj888 sportsbook for arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Exploitation of bonus terms through patterns of play inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, including but not limited to low-risk hedging or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Money laundering: Use of the jj888 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. jj888 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities under its licensing obligations.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider for any transaction on your jj888 account without first contacting jj888 support to resolve the matter. Chargebacks constitute fraudulent financial activity and will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Platform interference: Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or manipulate the technical operation of the jj888 Platform, including game software, RNG systems, payment processing infrastructure, or security measures.

9 Responsible Gaming

jj888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and spend responsibly. These tools are available within your account dashboard at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your maximum spend. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders: Configure in-session reminders at set time intervals to encourage regular breaks during gaming sessions.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will not be able to log in or wager.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the jj888 Platform. Self-exclusion prevents all access to your account and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. This tool is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently.

jj888 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where the Platform's monitoring systems identify potential indicators of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to rapidly escalating deposit frequency, repeated deposits immediately following withdrawals, or direct communication to support staff indicating distress. Such interventions are made in the player's interest and do not constitute a breach of contract by jj888.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jj888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jj888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jj888 Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses arising from gambling activity, whether or not attributable to technical malfunction;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or connectivity failures beyond jj888's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network operators.

Where jj888's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, jj888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jj888's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jj888 collects and processes your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC/AML), payment processing, customer support, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. 13 Account Suspension & Closure

jj888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Activation of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts dormant for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity fee and/or closure in accordance with the dormant account policy communicated at that time).

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-ineligible winnings) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification procedures and any outstanding amounts owed by you to jj888.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of the jj888 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj888 holds its gaming licence. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jj888 Platform or from the interpretation or application of this Agreement, the following process applies:

1. First contact support. Submit a formal complaint in writing via jj888's live chat or email support channel. Include your account username, the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction or game reference, and any supporting documentation. jj888 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation. If you are not satisfied with jj888's response, you may escalate your complaint to jj888's compliance team by requesting escalation through the support channel. A senior review will be completed within 10 business days.
3. Alternative Dispute Resolution. If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may be entitled to refer the matter to jj888's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider under the terms of the applicable gaming licence. 15 Amendments & Notifications

jj888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to this Agreement will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate implementation is required for regulatory, security, or legal compliance reasons.

The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on this page is always the current operative version. The effective date at the top of this document confirms when the current version came into force. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the jj888 Platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
